Where is Caldwell Marketing based?
We work from two private North Mississippi studios — Fulton in Itawamba County and Tupelo in Lee County. Both are appointment-only; we are not a walk-in storefront.
Do you have to be local to work with you?
No. Most of the work — design, development, SEO, ad management — happens the same way whether you are ten minutes away or across the country. What being local adds is on-site photography, in-person strategy sessions, and firsthand knowledge of the market you sell into. That is why our published landing pages cover North Mississippi rather than the whole country.
How do on-site visits work outside Tupelo?
Anything inside roughly a ninety-minute drive of Tupelo — Lee, Itawamba, Pontotoc, Union, Monroe, Prentiss, Alcorn, Lafayette, Lowndes, and Oktibbeha counties — is a routine day trip for photography, GBP verification support, and kickoff meetings. Farther out we schedule a single consolidated production day.
